Why I Started Writing This Blog
Now, full transparency: I’m not a writer by nature. But the more I learned about how the brain and subconscious truly work, the more I couldn’t keep it to myself. I was fascinated—and honestly shocked—at how much life-changing information we’re simply never taught.
Discovering the neuroscience behind healing lit something up in me. I realized: we're not broken—we’re just uninformed. We’ve been missing the tools to help ourselves. Once I understood what’s scientifically known about how the brain stores trauma, rewires patterns, and heals, I knew I had to share it.
So here I am—blogging anyway. Imperfectly, but from the heart.
