In this collection, Ilana transforms America’s most recognizable symbol of wealth into a message of empowerment and compassion.
“In God We Trust” replaced with " IN LOVE WE TRUST."
“Independence Hall” renamed to "INDEPENDENCE FOR ALL",
Reframing independence not as something bought, but as something built collectively through knowledge and human connection.
Wrapped in whimsical tones and bordered with a heart-shaped crochet lace design, the piece softens the rigidity of money and expresses Ilana’s core philosophy: Education and knowledge are the true currency of independence.
