Booking & Payment

Appointments: All services are by appointment only. Sessions must be booked in advance via our website at ilitnow.com.

Payments:

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

Rescheduling & Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% session fee. No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours will be charged the full session fee.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and no partial refunds will be provided.

Client Consent & Waiver

General Consent

• I confirm that all information provided to my therapist is accurate and up to date.

• I will inform my therapist of any changes to my health or personal history before each session.

• I understand that participation is voluntary and that the services provided are not a substitute for professional medical care.

• I accept full responsibility for my health, safety, and well-being throughout the session.

Liability Waiver

• I release and hold harmless Ilana Libman and ILIT from any liability, claims, or injuries related to my participation, whether foreseeable or not.

• I will immediately communicate any discomfort or concerns during the session and take full responsibility for my care.

• I understand that all sessions are strictly non-sexual in nature.

At ILIT (Ilana Libman Innovative Therapy), your privacy is deeply respected. I am committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, transparency, and data protection.

Client Confidentiality

• All personal and health information shared during sessions is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without your written consent, except where required by law (e.g., in cases of imminent harm or legal obligation).

• If a referral is requested or beneficial, your information will only be shared with licensed third-party practitioners upon your explicit written permission.
  Data Privacy & Usage

• I do not sell, share, or distribute any personal information collected via this website or during sessions.

• Data submitted through booking forms, intake questionnaires, or newsletters is used solely for delivering therapeutic services, session communication, and resource sharing.
  GDPR Compliance

• If you reside in the EU or UK, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data I hold about you

• Ask for corrections or deletions

• Withdraw consent or request that your data not be processed further

• If you're in the United States, your personal health information (PHI) is handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations. All electronic records are securely stored and never disclosed without your written authorization.

For Clients Under 18 If the client is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and:

Acknowledge responsibility for the minor’s participation in ILIT services. Agree to indemnify and hold harmless ILIT, its therapists, employees, and affiliates from any claims related to the minor’s participation.

Additional Terms

• ILIT reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

• By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Service & Booking Policy.
