By proceeding with booking a session or making a purchase through ILIT (Ilana Libman Innovative Therapy), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

For Therapy Sessions

You confirm that all personal and health information provided is accurate and agree to update it as needed before future sessions.

You understand that ILIT services are not a substitute for medical care and that participation is entirely voluntary. You assume full responsibility for your health and well-being before, during, and after each session.

All sessions are strictly non-sexual in nature. Any breach of this boundary will result in immediate termination of services.

You agree to ILIT’s cancellation and rescheduling policy:
• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice incur no fee
• Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% session fee
• Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows incur the full session fee

You release and hold harmless Ilana Libman and ILIT from any liability related to your participation in services, whether foreseeable or not.

All session recordings, materials, and resources are for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

For Product Purchases (ILIT Shop)

All product sales are final. Returns are not accepted unless explicitly stated otherwise.

In the case of a damaged or defective product, you may contact ILIT within 7 days of receiving the item to request an exchange or store credit, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Digital products (including recordings, downloads, and workshops) are non-refundable once delivered.

Results from therapeutic products such as supplements, audio tools, or programs are not guaranteed. These products are supportive tools and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
