At the beginning of your session, we’ll take a moment to confirm the transformation you’re seeking and ensure that all your questions have been answered. This is your space to feel clear, confident, and ready to begin the work.
Once everything feels aligned, we’ll move forward into the session with purpose and intention.
During the Session
You’ll be guided into a safe, relaxed, and focused state, similar to deep meditation. In this highly receptive state, we’ll:

How to Have a Great Hypnotherapy Session
on Zoom
Your Surroundings
Your initial session will last between 90 minutes to 2 hours.
Dress comfortably and ensure you're seated where you can talk confidentially without interruptions. Minimize distractions, such as phone notifications, and create a calm, quiet environment for the session.
Equipment
You'll need a device with Zoom installed (free), a stable internet connection, and sufficient battery for the session (up to 2 hours). Position your device a bit further away so it remains hands-free, ensuring that your face is well-lit for clear visibility.
Pets
If your pet isn’t distracting, they are welcome to stay with you during the session. I love animals, and they can bring a sense of comfort!
Expect Deep Relaxation
ILIT & RTT involve deep relaxation and hypnosis, so it's important to let go of any concerns and trust the process. Allow yourself to fully relax and embrace the experience.
Avoid Alcohol and Drugs
To ensure the effectiveness of the therapy, avoid consuming alcohol or drugs before and during the session, as these substances can interfere with the process.
During Your Session
Your comfort is a top priority. The session involves a conversation between you and the therapist, where you remain in control at all times. You will not be asked to do or think anything against your will.

What Conditions Can Hypnotherapy Treat?
Hypnotherapy is versatile and can be used to treat a wide range of conditions, such as insomnia, asthma, gastrointestinal disorders, and pain control. It leverages the brain's plasticity to encourage positive psychological changes.
What Does Being Hypnotized Feel Like?
The experience feels different for different people. Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy, but some do not.
Most people feel relaxed and at ease, and very pleasant body feeling. What's most important is to know that how you feel is not an indicator of how effective it is. Your brilliant mind knows all the answers.
My job is to guide you through the process and help you feel safe. Regardless of what it feels like - it's working. I promise.
What if I think I already know the reasons behind my issue, or they are painful or even scary to me?
What makes my therapy method so amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a COMPLETELY new way. That's what allows you to change the meaning and, ultimately, change your beliefs and the outcome. And for many clients, they go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected.
Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see. If you go back to scenes (only with your permission) from your past life that are related to events such as sexual, emotional, or physical abuse, or any other trauma, it's important to remember (and I will remind you) that you are not reliving the scene, you are simply reviewing it, and that you are safe. I will support you and guide you as you express your emotions and, most importantly, heal.
Many clients have been able to review painful or scary events in their past and put them into a new perspective. This has helped them move past the meaning they had attached to the event when it happened and so freed themselves of that pain.
